This notice explains how Kiroku Notes Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the StudyRn early-access waitlist.

Information we collect

The waitlist asks for your email address and selected study level. We may also keep basic records such as submission time, consent version, campaign or QR parameters in the page link, and security logs needed to operate the waitlist.

Campaign and QR parameters are limited to the page path and fields such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and qr_id. We do not store full referrer trails on this waitlist page.

How we use it

We use this information to record waitlist interest, send StudyRn early-access updates, share discount and free-trial opportunities if available, plan level-specific access, respond to enquiries, and maintain security, audit, and legal records.

Minors

StudyRn may be used by students. If the student is below 13, the form should be submitted by a parent or guardian. If the student is below 18, please involve a parent or guardian before joining the waitlist.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, email, and security providers to operate the waitlist and send updates.

Storage and transfers

We may use cloud service providers that store or process information outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection for transferred personal data.

Retention

We retain waitlist records while they are needed for early-access communication, onboarding, product records, legal, audit, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. As a working rule, we aim not to keep inactive waitlist records longer than 24 months after submission unless there is a continuing reason to retain them.

Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary cookies or similar storage only to operate and secure the waitlist form. We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on this waitlist page unless they are disclosed and enabled with consent.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw from waitlist updates, by contacting us. Withdrawing may mean we can no longer send early-access or waitlist updates to that email address.

Waitlist, discount, and trial emails should include an unsubscribe link or reply-to instruction. We aim to process withdrawal or unsubscribe requests within 10 business days where applicable.

Updates

We may update this notice as StudyRn changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
